Plan your Fourth of July in Plano with patriotic music, a prideful community parade, swimming at a Texas-sized pool (literally), and a mesmerizing fireworks show at the Plano Texas 2016 fourth of July spectacular.

On Sunday, July 3rd get in the Fourth of July spirit at Patriotic Pops presented by the Plano Community Band at Haggard Park in the Downtown Plano Arts District for free! This performance will feature Americana and patriotic music. Bring your lawn chair, blanket, and picnic and enjoy an evening of live music and good company. Don’t forget about all the great restaurants to dine at in downtown Plano before the show.

On Monday, July 4th kick-off your day at the 37th annual Plano Early Lions Club Independence Day Parade. The parade starts at 9 a.m. from the Plano ISD Administration Building at 2700 W. 15th Street then heads north on Independence Parkway to Plano Senior High School. Line the streets with the kids and watch them smile at all the amazing patriotic floats.
